Employees accumulate shares during employment with a three-year vesting period. Being part of an ESOP encourages all our employees to think and act like owners and promotes open communication.

Working hours are set to Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm EST. We are strict on attendance, but offer flexibility if employees communicate closely. Overtime is mandatory and taken on half Fridays throughout the year. Vacation and personal time are provided based on length of employment; we encourage you to ask about the details for vacation and personal time during your interview.
